    Paccar GHG17 EAS 4 Emulator

    Installation Manual

    Emulator need learn the VIN from Vehicle. AfterTreatment system may be faulty but EAS ECU need
    work during VIN Learning.

    1. Locate NOx Sensor Outlet and Connect Emulator in place of NOx Sensor (NOx Sensor Outlet
    is located at back of the Exhaust)
    2. Switch Ignition ON, Emulator will learn the VIN. LED on Emulator should blink fast next
    should light up steadily.
    3. Remove Fuse for EAS ECU:

    Peterbilt 579 / Kenworth T680 – N11 Fuse


    Peterbilt 389 – F6 Fuse

    4. If faulty Disconnect: PM Sensor, Urea Level/Quality Sensor, Exhaust Temperature Sensor.
