Dear
Dean of Faculty Animal Science /Head of Animal Science Program
In Indonesia

The Northern Territory Cattlemen’s Association (NTCA) is delighted to inform you that we will be
offering Northern Territory Indonesian 360 Program (NTI360).

NTI360 is a unique 360-degree program to foster greater learning and understanding between
Australia and Indonesia. The program comprises a 10-week rigorous learning journey in Northern
Australia for Indonesian undergraduate university students studying animal science and husbandry.
It involves a competency-based, accredited practical training block, Australian biosecurity training
and real industry experience through experiential learning at selected corporate and family run
cattle stations across northern Australia.

NTCA Indonesia Australia Pastoral Program (NIAPP) the original program was successfully run for
seven consecutive years prior to international travel being seized from COVID. we are excited to
offer students from University in Indonesia to be reinvolved with Northern Australian cattle
operations again.

Prior to students travelling to Australia, they will undergo one week of pre-departure training in
early August. Mid-August students will travel to Australia to commence their Australian training and
cattle station placements. The NTCA will cover all costs associated with travel, accommodation, and
meals during the students’ time in Australia as well as return international flights from Denpasar.
Students will be required to arrange their own travel insurance and will be responsible for their own
travel to and from Denpasar.

We need a cooperation from each faculty to be able to carry out the first stage of the selection
process (Administration) as well as interviews if necessary so that for stage 2 of selection, interviews
and final presentations conducted by NTCA and NIAPP Alumni, a maximum of 5 (five) people are
selected students, while the second stage of selection will be held on July 10 – 21 July 2023. Each
participant who passes the 2nd (two) stage of selection must prepare a presentation “how the
program will benefit for my future”, a maximum of 5 power point slides or 10 minutes of
presentation and 20-30 Minute Q & A.
