    SELECTION PROCESS

    Hi!
    We have received your CV for the interest towards teaching in our academy which is on an online platform
    completely. It is not a salary based job. It’s a job, if selected will be paid per session.
    The number of session is determined by demand of the student. For example, you can have even 4 sessions per
    month or even no sessions in a month. That’s why this is just an add on to your salary and not salary. It’s a
    common platform to purse your passion for teaching without hampering your clinical practice.
    The Remuneration is followed in two periods:
    1. Probation Period: - Rs 300/- Per Session
    2. Permanent Employment for a Period of One Year :- Rs 500-600/- Based on your performance in the
    probation period.
    We follow a 3 step interview process for the candidate’s selection in our academy which are as follows: -
    Round 1: - Presentation round
    It will be a PowerPoint presentation that will be held through Google meet, the topic shall be selected by you.

    Round 2: - Student interaction round


    Here you will be interacting with our students through Google meet on the topic selected by our students.

    Round 3: - Technical round


    This round consists of two phases

    Phase A: -
    Here you have to set a minimum of 30 MCQ’s question on a word document with answers highlighted and sent
    to our mail, on the selected subject by you and same shall be discussed on the Google meet with students.

    Phase B: -
    Here you will be given an online test by the academy on the subject selected by you in Phase A.
