RENUNCIATION

Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late JUDITH D. NGADANAN who died
intestate on July 07, 2021 at Benguet General Hospital has been extra-judicially
settled by and among her heirs, covering a parcel of land with an area of one thousand
one hundred forty-three (1143) square meters situated in Baling, Ambassador, Tublay,
Benguet covered by Tax Declaration No. 2010-06-02-01065 as per the
EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH RENUNCIATION executed on
August 11, 2022, and entered as Doc. 56, Page No. 13, Book No. VI, Series of 2022 in
the notarial registry of Atty. Mary Rose L. Faus-Tumayan, a notary public for and in
