Keyrim-105

General properties and applications:

Keyrim105 is a ready to process polyol formulation, which reacts with Keyrim105-B to

produce rigid microcellular molding in the density range of 1.0~1.10g/cm3 by RIM
technology.
By adding flame retardant Keyrim-105C 17% by weight of polyol, Keyrim105 molding will
meet UL 94V0/5VA (thickness 4mm).
 Recommended store temperature is approx.23°C
 Shelf life is 6 months

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Keyrim105 can cause slight to moderate irritation on direct contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes,
particularly if contact is prolonged.
Safety goggles and impermeable protective gloves should always be wore if there is a risk of direct exposure
when handling Keyrim105.
Splashes in the eyes should be removed immediately by careful flushing with copious amounts of water. If
irritation persists, medical attention should be obtained.
Splashes on the skin should be wiped off immediately, after which the contaminated areas should be
thoroughly washed with soap and water. A barrier cream should then be applied.
Contaminated clothing should be removed immediately to prevent further skin contact and thoroughly cleaned
before reuse.
