2.0 DEFINITION OF CRITICAL MILESTONE DATES

CONTRACTOR shall complete all required activities for the milestones, including
the following:

2.1 Complete Design Office mobilization

Offices dedicated for SAUDI ARAMCO and CONTRACTOR personnel

assigned to the project shall be available for occupancy and fully furnished
and equipped in accordance with Attachment IV to Schedule “B”.

2.2 Award all major equipment POs

The POs for all major equipment shall be placed with the Vendors by the
Milestone Date.

2.3 Complete 30% or 60% design review meeting

HAZOP has been completed, and all process flow diagrams, material
balances and piping and instrument diagrams are frozen. All plot plans,
piping plans technical studies, technical data sheets, master equipment
list and first takeoff of materials issued. Any other engineering documents

and drawings deemed necessary to illustrate the degree of completion

and accuracy commensurate with the progress at 30% or 60% are
complete.

2.4 Award all POs

The POs for all bulk materials shall be placed with the Vendors by the
Milestone Date.

2.5 Complete 90% design review meeting

Review of all plot plans; piping layouts; electrical single line diagrams;
ETAP (Electrical Transient Analysis Program) studies; relief and technical
studies; electrical, instrument, mechanical equipment data sheets;
constructability study reports; piping isometrics, any documents and
drawings deemed necessary by SAUDI ARAMCO to illustrate the degree
of completion and accuracy commensurate with the progress, to confirm
that 100% of the design contractors WORK is complete, but pending
SAUDI ARAMCO comments to complete the WORK.

2.6 Issue all IFC drawings & documents

Issue all plot plans; piping layouts; electrical single line diagrams; ETAP
studies; relief and any technical studies; electrical, instrument, mechanical
equipment data sheets; constructability study reports; piping isometrics,
any documents and drawings deemed required for the design package by
SAUDI ARAMCO, such that they are 100% complete, and all key
documents, and those deemed necessary, have been approved by SAUDI
ARAMCO.

2.7 Completion of demolition of any existing equipment and piping

CONTRACTOR shall demolish all redundant equipment, auxiliary

systems, and utilities and associated foundations upon Commissioning of
the New System.

2.8 Final Mechanical Completion

The final and all partial Mechanical Completion certificates have been
signed by all required SAUDI ARAMCO Departments.

2.9 Project record books

Provide the project record books referenced in the Job Specification

before Final Mechanical Completion to support the Commissioning
activities.

2.10 Project Completion and Demobilization

The FACILITIES are commissioned by SAUDI ARAMCO with

Commissioning assistance provided by CONTRACTOR The FACILITY is
“On-stream”, and all performance items have been corrected, all
demolition completed and the temporary facilities have been removed.
