Subject: (action required) Raising on-time delivery rate to at least 90%.

Dear Stakeholders,

I hope this mail meets you well, as you are all aware i have been managing the plants pals
project which is due to be officially launched soon.

I will like to bring to your attention a very serious issue regarding the delivery of our products
to our customers, we currently do not have enough drivers to deliver all of the orders on
time and so far the drivers have delivered only 80% of the plants successfully. Customer
satisfaction is suffering and some customers have already canceled their subscriptions.

This is already affecting our sales, and has put customer’s satisfaction at risk which can
lead to setting back the project timeline, risking product quality, and hurting revenue.

I’d like to propose that we hire additional drivers so we can increase our on-time delivery
rate to at least 90%. I’d like to schedule a meeting for 9.am tomorrow to further discuss
immediate solutions for immediate action and result.
