Kindly refer to your letter no. IWM/I1412020 dated Decernber 21 . ZOZ0 on the
subject noted above.

2. Upon preliminary review of your request, it appears that the subject matter related to
the tariff assistance and the issue identified by you can be acldressed under provisions of the
National Tariff Commission Act, 2015 ("Act"). The Act provides for due process to be
followed in each case. Due process involves collection of data on prescritred format, holding
of public hearing, examination and analysis of the relevant data ancl submission of the report
containing recol:rmenclations to the Federal Covernment.

3. You are therefore, requested to apply fonnally to the Commission by sending an.
application duly supported with the essential data I information on NTC Form-I (available at;
www.ntc.glov.pk/tariff-matters-form-i/) along with Rs.20,0001- if paid up capital of is up to
Rs.50 million or Rs.30,000/- if pald up capital is more than Rs.50 million in favor of the
Commission within fifteen days of the issuance of this letter.
