with the purchase of Tadiran Telecom products. The ASA ensures that Tadiran Certified
Partners can access Tadiran Support to receive assistance on any customer facing problems.
Purchase Options
Subscription Terms – In addition to one-year extensions, multi-year extensions can also
be purchased at a discounted subscription rate. Subscription dates can be aligned to
your business needs – for example, with your budget cycles or maintenance contracts.
Point of Sale – for all new sales, an Annual Support Agreement must be purchased
along with the product.
Renewals – the option to extend Annual Support Agreements and support at any point
prior to the expiration date.
