ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND

Georgian college is one of the top colleges in the province of Ontario, Canada. Lakhs of
international students prefer Georgian college because it provides excellence in academics and
also offers in campus jobs and co-op services to students. Established in 1967, Georgian college
has been delivering a high quality of education across it’s all campuses in Ontario. The college is
also considered to be ranking one of the highest graduates employment rate in Ontario.

For example: As Georgian college has lot of international students. As an international

student that person can gain new skills and improve his/her skills through the course they
have taken from Georgian college which also gives them a practical knowledge of how to
use it in a real world outside and improve the efficiency by enabling them to work for
global markets around the world.

2. Improving efficiency by making students and staffs life easier by making everything
digitalized and going from paper to electronic systems.
For example: Georgian college can save time by going from paper to electronic
which can save time, money, and trees. Because of the evolving technology its better
to use everything in an online platform which makes it easier for people working
and studying in college.
