LETTER OF AGREEMENT

This Letter of Agreement (“Agreement”) is

effective on 12-06-2022.
BETWEEN : Latifa Mutmainah (the
“Contractor”), an Indonesian Independent
Virtual Assistant based in Bandung,
Indonesia, with the address Jl. Garunggang
Kulon No. 162A/65, Sukajadi, Bandung.
AND ________ (the “Client”).

WHEREAS
The Client desires to have the Contractor to
provide the services for Client.
The Contractor desires to provide services to
the Client on the terms and conditions set
forth herein the services.
