The golden circle, aims to create and develop proposals in new ideas. Not many leaders decide
to inspire and motivate the people who work for them.
The golden circle shows us why some business leaders have achieved an extraordinary level of
influence.
The purpose of this methodology is to achieve a positive impact on people and this generates
greater confidence in the brand or product.
The "how" is the process, that is, what are the differentiating factors.
And the "what" is the result, which are the products or services that the company sells.
It is advantageous for a company to first define the "why", since this is the purpose of the
company. Here the starting point is evaluated, the vision of the company, which is what
motivates the creation of this new product or service.
Most companies know what they do and how to do it, but they don't know why. And this may
be the reason why many companies work from the outside to the inside of the golden circle.
And they don't know that the key to success is using the Golden Circle. Knowing what the
purpose is, will help to gain new users or clients. It differentiates us from the rest of the
business market and helps in the communication between the company and the clients.
By applying this concept to my personal life, it will help me to differentiate myself from others,
it will allow me to work in the constant search for better results. It will allow me to know what
the purpose of my life is and how to work from that point on my personal goals.
