Job Summary:
Our client in the Oil & Gas sector with operations in Lagos is seeking to hire a qualified Group
Head of Human Capital & Admin to ensure that the Group and its constituent businesses have
the right mix of talent and that they are effectively deployed, managed, rewarded and engaged
cost-effectively and sustainably.

Responsibilities:
Formulates, updates and implements Human Capital strategies, policies and processes in line with the
company's business strategy, key business objectives and applicable labour laws
Communicates Human Capital strategy and approved an operating plan to Heads of Businesses
/Functional Heads and Line managers to ensure understanding and commitment
Liaises with Heads of Businesses/Functional Heads and Line managers to communicate with Human
Capital policies, procedures and processes to all staff and ensure compliance
Reviews all Human Capital policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and in line with
applicable regulatory requirements
Develops effective working relationships with the senior management team, Heads of Businesses

Requirements:

Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK is required

experienced Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the vendor registration process and maintain the vendor's list
To purchase goods and services in the right quantity and quality, at the right time and price, for the
use of the organization
To review procurement requisition forms (PRFs) and process PRFs within the budget /return PRFs
to user departments if not within the budget allocation
Request for quotations from vendors maintain bidders list, vendors file and other relevant records
needed for efficient operation of the purchasing function
To negotiate contracts, prices, delivery time and service level agreements (terms and conditions,
technical support, e.t.c)

experienced Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:
Provides operational & financial information and decision support to functional units in the assigned
business unit (e.g., KPI analysis, periodic operating reports and forecasts, budget monitoring and control)
Acts as a finance and tax advisor to the business unit in developing its business strategy.
Prepare & review the company’s financial performance with the GCFO and identify drivers and levers to
improve the overall organizational performance in keeping with the strategic direction and objective of the
business.
Prepare and submit the assigned business unit's monthly cash flow & P&L forecasts to the GCFO & MD.
Prepare and submit monthly management accounts of assigned business units to the GCFO & MD
Liaise with the MD based on variance reports, business trends, and recent market events and prepare
monthly forecasts.
Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget of the company M&E and liaise with the GCFO where
necessary.
Ensure adherence to all internal controls and policies.

Requirements:
Minimum of first degree in Finance/ Accounting/ any related discipline is required
Master’s degree in a related discipline is an advantage
Relevant professional certification, e.g. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
(ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA), is required

Job Summary:

experienced Technical Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide input to technical studies/research projects, technical reports, project planning reports, etc., to
be presented to the GMD.
Attend meetings with the GMD, responding to technical inquiries as appropriate; present technical
knowledge and information on projects and services and provide answers when required.
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the GMD and follow up on the raised issues/points of action from
those meetings until they have been satisfactorily closed out.
Evaluate, review, and interpret technical inquiries on contractors/vendors, and be able to provide
recommendations to the GMD on both existing and potential contractors/vendors.
Track projects and the decision-making process for projects that require board and top-level
committee approvals (e.g. board committees) and ensure that the relevant information for the
committee to make an informed decision is readily available.
Aid the GMD in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic plans for the company and its
affiliates.
Prepare a dashboard for the entire business representing the company's organisational progress with
regard to each Subsidiary’s ongoing respective projects, highlighting the positives and negatives and
reporting performance to the GMD on a timely basis.
Attend and contribute to meetings on behalf of GMD, reporting back and following up if required
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or Science discipline
An MBA or Masters’ degree in engineering or Science discipline will be an added advantage
Membership in professional bodies, e.g. Nigerian Society of Engineers, registration with
COREN etc., will be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to distinguish between and balance priorities within areas of

Responsibilities:

accountability in the company's business operations
Assesses the design and operating effectiveness of established business control policies, processes

Liaises with the Finance Unit and the company's statutory auditors to agree on scope and information

Requirements:
A minimum of first degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline is required
Professional membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or Institute of Chartered

Two years of auditing experience with a Big 4 firm and direct supervisory experience
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
