It is not ok to fight the bully

Bullying is a common problem and issue in every school that affects the mental, emotional,
physical, and social state of the student and its relationship to the teacher and other fellow
student. But first what is bullying Bullying is a persistent and intentional abuse of power in
interpersonal interactions that involves repetitive verbal, physical, and/or social behavior with
the goal of inflicting bodily, social, or psychological harm. It can entail a person or group abusing
their actual or perceived authority over one or more people who are powerless to stop it. There
are several reasons of bullying and bully itself the bully possible that they were victim before of
bullying and turn out to be the bully to become one but sometimes there might be behind of it
like house problem or family problem or neighborhood bullying since bullying can occur outside
their home. Since it is a case to case problem that needed to solve by teacher, guidance or
disciplinary officers, and parents to guide the student in this study why it is not ok to fight the
bully. The bully seems to be the bad guy in this problem but they are the victim into it so it is
better to understand their situation too that has more deep concerns that needed to have
answer on how can manage or handle them. In this study the Researcher wants to know why it
is not ok to fight the bully and not to judge them easily because of their nature as the bully
because there is always an explanation behind as the bully of the bullied.
Bullying is a wrong act that causes huge impact to its victim about their academic performances
and might fall or drop their confidence, in playground, and cyberspace. Peers were present and
saw the bullying occur in around 85-88% of the bullying instances that were seen on the school
playground. Peers observed the bullied child 54% of the time, participated in it 21% of the time,
and merely observed the victimized child 25% of the time. Despite the fact that the majority of
kids claim they don't like to see another kid get hurt, kids are drawn to bullying incidents.
Bystanders teach their children about the destructive use of aggression and power in
relationships. Bullying behavior eventually becomes "normalized. With that results is very
alarming because of its impact to the bullied social, emotional, physical, and mental health that
might lead to serious problem for the victim. But in its counterpart the bully they are affected too
it is not all about the bullied problem with this problem but to the bully itself they are both victim
of bullying they would received same effect in physical, emotional, mental, and social condition
because they might disliked and cutting connection to the student and the school. They are the
reasons of having a bad ambient of the schools because of their tough and rough way of
socializing and making fun on their victim through actual, inflicting physical, cyber, and
humiliation. If the school with authority and rights for discipline and for the students who witness
the bullying act bully might stop if they care for them because they are the initiator with just
proper care and good guidance might stop the bullying effectively than fighting that might
worsen the problem because it will not stop the cycle of the bully and the bullied. According to
study of Queens University, Healthy interactions between children and youth depend on adults.
All adults are in charge of fostering wholesome relationships, fostering constructive settings,
and putting an end to violence in children's and youth's life. Children's healthy connections can
be supported and protected, and bullying can be stopped, by adults guiding social activities in
several ways especially for the bully. And in addition for the bullied it is not ok to fight them and
it might cause more harm for bullied try to contact adult with high authority that can handle the
bullying.
