· As a home equity loan processor, I review incoming applications and determine whether we can lend
on the collateral type. I verify member’s proof of income to determine eligibility. I use different vendors
to request title reports and appraisals. I review title reports and full appraisals and ensure we can move
forward with the loan process. I generate loan closing documents for applications that have been
approved. I also fund loans that have closed and cut checks for any stipulated payoffs.

PRESENT
· As a title processor I ensure the credit union can secure a lien on the collateral. I research the collateral
to make certain it is not a risk to lend on. I am also certified with the Arizona Department of
Transportation to do motor vehicle work. I transfer our member’s vehicles into their name and secure
our lien. Among completing title work, I also assist internal members with requests such as out of
country permission letters, lien releases, out of state title transfers and expedited title requests.

2015
· My responsibilities as an assistant manager were to train new hires, audit their work and count their
drawers at the end of their shift. I was responsible for opening and closing the store and making sure
