Awarding Ceremony of Drug Cleared Barangays

Provincial Officer of Isabela, sir, to Engr. Juan R Capuchino, Municipal
Mayor, to Hon. Bernardo Dela Peña, Municipal Vice Mayor, to all SB
members and all Barangay Officials, to Mr. Antonio Malayao,  Municipal
Local Government Operations Officer, to Dra. Maricar A Capuchino,
Municipal Health Officer, to all PNP personnel of Naguilian PS led by
PMAJ GARY H MACADANGDANG, Chief of Police, Ladies and
Gentleman, good morning! It is my honor to welcome you to the
Awarding Ceremony of Drug Cleared Barangays!

>: To begin with, let us all feel the presence of our Almighty God. So,
may I request everyone to please stand for the invocation to be led by
PMSg John John V Malan, PCR PNCO.

>: Please be seated. At this juncture, may we call on PMAJ GARY H

MACADANGDANG, Chief of Police for his welcome remarks.

>: Thank you sir. And now, may I call on IAV Jojo C Gayuma, PDEA
Provincial Officer of Isabela for his message.

>: Thank you sir. We are overjoyed to have you here. At this point in
time, may I call on Engr. Juan R Capuchino, Municipal Mayor for his
message.

>: Thank you so much Sir. And now, the most awaited part of this
program is the Awarding of Certificates of Drug Cleared Barangays of
this Municipality so may I call on IAV Jojo C Gayuma, Engr. Juan R
Capuchino and PMAJ GARY H MACADANGDANG to do the awarding
of certificates to 5 Barangay Captains. First is Barangay Magsaysay,….
Quezon, Quirino, Roxas, Surcoc.

>: To formally end this program, please allow me to deliver my closing

remarks. As they say, it should be extremely passionate, heartfelt, and
powerful because it’s the last part of the program but it can lose its
power if it’s too long that’s why I will just make it brief and simple.

It is my pleasure to share a few words with you as we end this program.

First of all, I would like to congratulate all the Barangay Officials for
receiving the certificates but this certification should not be a reason for
us to scale down our efforts against drug problem. We should bear in
our minds that this is not the end, but this only the beginning. We all
know that barangays are the catalysts of change, as they play crucial
roles in every drug clearing program of the government so this is
another call of challenge for all of us to work even harder and sustain
what we have started.
