i. Introduction

a) Company name and logo

We named our business as Creamy Creations.We started our business on 5th of October 2021.We
named our business as Creamy Creations because our product is a Chocolate Cheese Cake.We
created our own business logo.

b) Vision and Mision

vision: to gain capital return more than we invest.

mission:To become favourite chocolate cheese cake baker among our Customers.

c) Location

Our main location to bake the cake is at one of our group member Logeswary’s house.She baked
the cake at her house by her own.She send the cakes to customers through lalamove and also that
is the location where our customers self collect the cake.

d) Company size

We started our business in a small size which means we don’t have a proper bakery or kitchen
specifically for our baking business.

f) Product and services

Our business is main about product.We sell chocolate cheese cake which bake by our group
member Logeswary.The cake comes with 3 different toppings strawberry,almond and oreo
crumbles.We steam our cake first.Then, we cut it into half and put the cheese cream in the
middle.On the top of the cake,we put cheese cream and pour the dark chocolate ganache on
it.Lastly,we add the topping that choosed by our cutomer.Here we include the pictures of our

g) Marketing Information

We promote our business through social media such as whatsapp and Instagram.We create a new
Instagram account for our business.Each of us promote our business photos,videos,customer
feedbacks in social media so we can attract new customers.

We also ask for our friends and family members help to share around about our cake
business.They share through whatsapp status and Instagram stories.

h) Financial Statement Information

Firstly,we invest RM300.00 to start our business.We bought some equipments such as whisk,disposable
aluminium foil.We also bought the ingredients such as dark chocolate,flour,sugar,whipping cream,cream
cheese,condensed milk,coco powder,milk,baking powder,baking soda,egg,vanilla essence and corn
oil.We earn Rm600 within 2weeks of time.And then we again used our income RM 170.00 buy
ingredients.And at last we earn RM1069.00.

i) Future plans of the company

We would like to develop our business after this project.Actually we start this business for our study
project and now we believe that this business could help us financially.We planned to develop our
business by adding extra flavours of cake such as red velvet cheese cake and butter cake.We also
decided to promote our business by giving brochures to the people surrounding.We might increase the
price of our cake which is RM10.00 to RM15.00.We have an idea of develop our business by having
surprise delivery box package together with our chocolate cake.So,customers can purchase a surpise
delivery box together with our cake to their loved one.If our business runs profitably then we will be
develop it in more ways with new ideas.
ii) Swot Analysis of CREAMY CREATIONS

STRENGTH

Our target market focus on chocolate lovers at any age people ,so we can easily make our
products and services satisfy their needs. Compared with other competitors, the prices of our
products are more cheap, and our chocolate cheese cake can attract our customers to have a try.
We have some popular type of distribution such as WhatsApp, Instagram and so on, those tools
are widely used in young people and also elderly, so our chocolate cheese cake can quickly
access to their eyes.

WEAKNESS

We are college students, so it will be high cost to operate because of the lack of experience in
management and operation. Our cake business may not be recognized by consumers at first for
the lack of brand effect. Moreover,just because we are self-taught baker,people might have trust
issues.

OPPORTUNITY

Competition is not fierce, so we have larger development space. Our cake is fresh and special for
our customers, so we can attract different kinds of consumers, and gradually increase our
popularity. Opportunities are outside market conditions that we can take advantage of, such as a
change in consumer preferences, a new market or a competitor's weakness. For example, if we
discover people are increasingly eating chocolate cheese cake as a snack, this change in
consumer preferences could give us an opportunity to sell more cakes. If we discover that our
competitor has an unhealthy cakes, we could use this opportunity to sell a healthy cakes to our
competitor's health-conscious customers.

THREATEN

Impacts of the government’s politics on food industry production, sales, testing, advertising and
other policies may limit our development. Existing competitors of the market, as well as sneak
competitors’ joining make the competition becomes more intense. The risk of being replaced by
other bakery advanced technologies. because of low-tech. Risk from suppliers of raw materials.
Threats are external market conditions that can potentially do harm to demand for our cakes.
They can include changes in customer preferences, competitors' strengths, changes in the
economy or anything else external and out of our control.

iii) Problem and Solutions of CREAMY CREATIONS.

Problem:First,we faced the financial difficulties when we want to start our new business.

The solution:We decided to share the investment among ourselves because many experienced
entrepreneurs believe that self-fueled growth model is the best and less-risky one. Instead of
trying to establish a big business house overnight, we aim at our primary customers. If we can
provide value added services to them, by the virtue of word-of-mouth publicity, our business will
develop automatically.

Problem: Small businesses can’t survive if they don’t follow cash flow guidelines and this is
probably one of the biggest problems that we faced.. For example,we have to buy all the related
ingredients with our own money before we start taking orders from customers.

The solution: Proper planning and budgeting are crucial for maintaining cash flow. One way to
increase cash flow is we asked the customers to pay the money first.That way, help us to pay
your expenses and that too while keeping some profit aside.

Problem: Dealing with too many competitors in the same field.

The solution: Bring in something trendy and new in the market. Customers flock to a business
that offers extensive product knowledge and a wide collection of the products they’re looking
for.So,we decided to bring our new receipe which is Chocolate Cheese Cake with three different
toppings at the lowest price.This strategy help us to attract the customers.

Problem: Finding prospective customers.

The solution: We open Instagram business account under our business name CREAMY
CREATIONS.We promote our business account to our family,friends and in social media such
as facebook and whatsapp.
Problem: Time management is probably the biggest problem because the baker is our team
member named Logeswary.She is currently working at the same time become the main person of
our business.

The solution: She had a time management skills. Following are some ways how she manage her
time:

Create goal lists: She noted down the everyday orders In a book accordingly.She willing to
sacrifice her sleep to bake the cakes for the customers.

She delegate the jobs that don’t require her personal involvement.

She simply eliminate the unnecessary tasks.

She assess herself on a regular basis.


iv) Conclusion and Recommendation

Finally, we hope that Creamy Creation will become a more successful business in the future,
and that our company's goal and purpose will become a reality. Indirectly, we are able to achieve
our business's aims and ambitions more than our expectations. Aside from that, we feel this
business will succeed since the things we sell, which was chocolate cheese cakes with varieties
of toppings such as strawberry, oreo crumbles, almonds and mixing three of it in one.These
cakes are appropriate for people of all ages. Not only that, but every sort of serving we make is
of great quality since we prioritise quality above quantity in whatever we do or sell to our
consumers.

Furthermore, because our firm is focusing on selling baking desserts cakes, we will
undoubtedly face competition among our classmates , but we are convinced that we will be able
to thrive and overcome all obstacles with highh confident and also curious to learn lesson from
mistakes if there was mistakes made, where people learn from them. We also feel that creamy
creations would be the chosen by many cake lovers, whether they are university students or
common outside people. Last but not least, we hope that in the future, we will be able to expand
Creamy Creations and make this business more well-known among the cake lovers, both among
young and elderly.

Recommendation

• Increase marketing for instagram as the return on investment has been high

• Increase marketing and quality of product and packaging

• Increase the number of flavours and topping

• Increase the quality of service towards customer service

• Customized and themed cakes are popular in the market

• Introduce your regular and loyal consumers to exclusive incentives

• Don't restrict yourself to in-store sales just


• Knowing your consumer offers you a complete picture of their choices, budget, and
preferences.

• To create a standard in your market, consider introducing something unique in terms of


flavour, icing, themes, cake sizes, and so on.

• Participate in online debates and leave comments on platforms and communities that are
related to your business to increase your exposure.
