I, April joy S. Alano, am a 5 th-year Architecture student of National University taking up Design 9a
this semester. I am currently working on my thesis, a theoretical project proposal entitle “Inclusive
School Design: A Proposed Institute for Children with Intellectual Challenge”, under the said
subject. The thesis’ goal or objective is to develop and provide an architecturally designed building
that would cater to both the intellectually challenged, and able students, the project will be located
at Imus, Cavite

In connection with this, part of the format in writing a thesis is to have a client/champion for
theoretical project for us to set a context.

The purpose of this letter is to request permission from your good office to be the client/champion
for this thesis and if I can conduct an interview with you regarding this theoretical project of mine.
