    INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS CONTRACT

    Negotiation of terms and conditions

    ➢ Gaisma SIA demands the seller company Lights for all Seasons Inc. a specific price
    reducing condition to every 10.000 light strands bought. For each 10.000 items, 500
    will be deducted from the final price.
    ➢ As the buyer company (Gaisma SIA) has already clearly stated, there is an urgent
    necessity to end the negotiations as soon as possible and sign the contract.
    Therefore, the seller company (Lights for all Seasons Inc.) has agreed to ensure that
    the shipment of light strands will be shipped from China by 1 October in order to
    guarantee the arrival in time for the Christmas market.
    ➢ Both companies have reached an agreement which satisfies the economic
    necessities from the seller in case they are shipped later. Lights for all Seasons Inc.
    will pay an economic fine of 95.000€ to Gaisma SIA as long as the shipment does
    not arrive on due time.
    ➢ The deadline for drafting the new contract is September 1.
    ➢ The final price for the settled purchase of 100.000 light strands will be 190.000€.
