HR RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT:

 Responsible for filling the Manpower gap at various levels

 Managing campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc for the


organization, participate in recruitment and selection processes.

 Maintaining database through Placement agencies, Referrals, Jobsites


and Follow ups.

 Screening the candidate's profile and conduct interviews to short-list


candidates suitable for further selection process.

 Performing all Joining formalities, Induction & orientation.

 Coordinating with the Manager's in the specific Vertical in placing the


employee after his Induction.

PAYROLL:

 Keeping a record of employee's, updating records of new joiner's. Maintaining


Master data of employee's with reference to their attendance and leave,
etc.

 Recording & implementing the salary figures for the new employee. Ensuring
implementation of grades and pay scales.

 Pay sheet preparation. Checking the pay sheet and forwarding the same for
ratification and sanction.

 Wage and salary disbursement and coordination with Accounts department.

 Rectifying errors encountered during the Payroll process.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND MANAGEMENT:

 Manage Appraisal process across the levels in administration.

 Forwarding the Appraisal to the Related HOD's for analyzing them on half
yearly and annual basis.

 Counseling of Employees up to Executive level (Based on the comments


from Performance Appraisal).

 Analyzing the Training recommendations from the Appraisals.


 Responsible for implement rewards (Increments) and recognition
(Promotions) based on performance as per the company policies.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

 Counseling, grievance handling, flagging issues. Trouble-shoot employee


issues.

 Internal networking to ensure harmonious employee relations.

 Employee Discipline - Domestic enquiry etc.

WELFARE ACTIVITIES & OTHER HR ADMINISTRATION:

 Responsible for the day-to-day administration activities such as Time office


activities, Exit formalities, etc

 Managing Event activities for different occasions in organization.

 Maintaining & updating of Personal Files &. Employee data base.
