1. Price quoted are firm and validity till 25-03-23

2. The unit rates quoted by us are firm and FOR your site , the individual prices quoted are considering that a single
order will be placed for the total quantity offered. The minimum order quantity per size will be 250m.

3. GST : CGST/SGST : Extra (CGST @9 % & SGST @9%)

4. Delivery : 6-8 weeks ex works plus transport time of 1 week from date of receipt of approved data sheet along
with manufacturing clearance and drum schedule.

5. Payment terms : 100% advance against PO.

6. Quantity Tolerance : +/- 5%

7. Drum Tolerance : +/- 5%

8. Warranty & Liability : The material supplied are under warranty against defective material or workmanship for a
period of 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning which ever is
earlier.


9. Test : Unless specified in the RFQ, only routine test shall be carried out.

10. All the tests shall be carried out as per relevant standard / approved QAP.

11. Manufacturing clearance /Data sheet approval should be provided within 7 days from its date of submission.

12. Dispatch clearance needs to be issued immediately once cables are ready duly tested / after inspection.
