PROJECT DRAFT
From the outside of the AETMAN Portal, through a common web-based Data Portal (WDP)and User
Friendly Interface (UFI), the Illustration below shows the Interactive Data Exchange from the user’s
(Member Entrepreneur, Financial Institution, Local & International Investors, AETMAN
Administrators & Functional Operatives) perspective.
The users need not be concerned with the physical system wherein the data resides. Instead, to the
maximum extent practical, the AETMA Portal will present the user with a single, integrated view of the
information contained within the Portal in line with specific Research Data Exchange, regardless of where
the data is stored or where a real-time feed originates.
The user (Member Entrepreneur, Financial Institution, Local & International Investors, AETMAN
Administrators & Functional Operatives) can access individual data sets and/or real-time data feeds,
or can access pre-defined Data Environments that have been prepared as each Data Environment will be
assembled in-line with multiple data sets and optionally real-time data feeds in order to serve a user’s
particular research purpose.
Description of the Proposed System
The AETMAN Portal is one single website that maintains information about and provides access
to all of the included Data Management Systems configured to the central server for Seamless
Research Data Exchange between and among users. The Portal intends to serve two general
functions:
1. As a central location for general information about the AETMAN Operations, Programs,
Processes, Data Capture as well as all AETMAN Projects.
2. As a single location for users (Member Entrepreneur, Financial Institution, Local &
International Investors, AETMAN Administrators & Functional Operatives) to access all the
contents of the portal (Data Environments, data sets, and real-time data feeds)
regardless of which constituent Data Management System the information resides in.
The AETMAN Portal will offer this Research Data Exchange capabilities in-line with its core
process developed from the ground up to support the new paradigm of CPU Concept:

With this in mind, the AETMAN Portal is configured to operate from a 4 Point Data Cycle.
