Instruction to Tenderers:

Mandatory Requirement
Tenderers shall possess adequate financial capability and experience as follows:
1. Qualified working experiences on the prescribed works for General Landscaping, Compound Maintenance and Grass Cutting for
12 calendar months at Tanjung Kidurong Power Station, Bintulu

*Interested tenderers are required to produce evidence of fulfilling above-mentioned mandatory requirement. Failing which, your
intention will be rejected.

General Instructions

1. This tender exercise will be conducted on an online Ariba platform. The entire event will be managed by SEPRO (Sarawak Energy
e-Procurement) Team. Tender details are available for viewing at https://etender.sarawakenergy.com/etender/notice/notice.jsp

2. Please note that all Tenderers are required to register in SEPRO to participate in this tender. If your company is not registered in
SEPRO, please allow ample time to complete registration. Vendors can self-register to SEPRO via the URL provided:

All tenderers must bring along Original Copies (for verification) of Company Registration (Form 24 and Form 49) or Form I (The
Businesses, Professions and Trading Licensing Ordinance) and Company Official Stamp during the Tender Briefing.

5. Tender documents can only be accessible to the Tenderer after registration.

The Services to be provided by the Service Provider include the following:

2. The General Landscaping and Compound Maintenance works with the details below: -

a. Watering

b. Manuring

c. Pest and Disease Control

d. Weed Control (Weeding to general planting area and 100% coverage for grass)

e. Pruning and Trimming

f. Creepers

g. Mulching (excluding lawn area)

h. Check, Remove and Replace of defective plants

i. Removal of incidental debris within the contract area

j. Any other operations consistent with good horticultural practice necessary to

insure normal, vigorous, and healthy growth of all plants

k. Item to be supplied by vendor as listed below: -

1. Fertilizer 10kg/bag - 30 bags

2. Fertilizer for flowering 10kg/bag - 30 bags

3. Soil conditioner (dolomitic lime/ agriculture lime or gypsum) 10kg/bag -

50 bags

4. 1.5 tons Soil - 40 trucks

5. Supply of various types of flowers - 200 pcs

• Frequency of the work: 7 working days per month

3. The Drainage cleaning works with details below: -

a. Clearing of drainage system in power station

• Frequency of the work: 5 working days per month

b. Excavation work at the drainage outside the fencing of Bintulu Power Station
compound as indicated in the drawing: -

• Frequency of the work: as and when basis (assumption twice per

year)
4.0 Warranty

A warranty shall be given to SEB with the condition that the vendor shall be committed to deliver
the job according to the timeline specified by SEB.

5.0 Price

The price quoted shall be in Malaysian Ringgit inclusive of all the charges.

6.0 Delivery period

The works shall be carried out within the span of one (1) year.

7.0 Payment term

45 days
