First Time Login Guidelines in CRM

Login to the CRM (First Time User)
• The cloud CRM provides additional security with 2FA wherein we need to
authenticate the CRM login using the Microsoft Authenticator App. For this as a
one-time activity we need to Install MFA app in your mobile.

• Simultaneously, go to Play store/Apple app store and Install Microsoft
Authenticator App in your Mobile as shown in below screen

• On the next screen you need to select Add an account
• Then select work or school account.
• It will given you an option to scan QR code or sign in. You can use either of the
two. (sign in option is preferred).
• Once you enter your id and password on the next screen it will ask you to
Authenticate sign in using the App. Select I cannot authenticate using the App.
• Then it will show you Authenticate using a call or text as shown in the next screen.

• Since your AD login is already MFA Enabled – you will be receiving a code on your
Mobile. Please select “Text” Option as shown in below screen.

• Insert the Code received on your mobile and click verify.

• Additional Security Verification window opens up as shown below:

• Tick “Authenticator app or Token” and Click “Set up Authenticator app” as shown
in below screen.

• The next screen will ask you to install the Microsoft authenticator app for
Windows Phone, Android or iOS on your Mobile.

• Once installed it will ask you to scan a QR Code. Please Scan the QR Code available
on Laptop / Desktop Screen like shown in slide 10.
• Verifying app message appears as shown below:

• App gets added as shown in below screen:

• Once you click on save button below screen will appear asking to respond
notification on your mobile.

• You get an Update Successful message as shown below.

• The next screen will display your account details as shown below.

Login to CRM (Daily Login Steps)
• The CRM can be accessed through web/mobile on all browsers by following the
link CRM Link . Please bookmark this link.
• The login id is mmfsl\Sap ID or Sap ID@mmfsl.com of the user and the password is
the system login password of the user or the email password.
• In case if a user is not able to login/has forgotten the id or password for the above
mentioned details then the user can write to crm_support@mahfin.com
• Login using your username and password as shown below.

• You will be asked to approve sign in request from the Authenticator app installed
on your mobile.

• Approve the same on mobile

• “Stay signed in” Message appears. Accepting it keeps the session active for 2
hours. Rejecting it logs out the session after 15 minutes.

• After this user successfully logged in CRM. You need to click on the MIBL Core to
access the CRM modules.
