 Activity
1. I will go over today’s topics with the students.
In this case, we will be discussing SOL 4.7 which
is about the ocean environment and its’
characteristics.
2. Once we have gone over geology of the ocean,
physical properties and movements of ocean
water, and interaction of organisms in the
ocean, I will go over the activity that we will be
doing.
3. Students will be creating a presentation about
the ocean environment (organisms, the water
movement, geology, etc.) Students must have
at least 6 slides and a reference page (links) for
any sources that they have used.
4. Students should be able to chose a topic that
interests them and is within the topics that
were covered earlier.
5. Once a student chooses a topic, they should
come see me to get it approved.
6. If a students needs help or has any questions,
they should come to me directly. Additionally
when a students is finished, They should have
their presentation checked by me. That way I
can go over the check list and make the
student has everything they need.
7. Lastly, Students will present their presentation
to the class.

in most app stores. The students get free log in with
their students’ emails.
