Standard Terms:
• For Functions held at Banquets / Function Halls:
- Client shall provide crockery, cutlery, utensils, tables, cleaning labour etc.

• For Functions held at other than Banquets / Function Halls:


- We can offer full service along with food catering. Based on budget and customer
preference Premium to Fine-dine Crockery & Cutlery can be arranged, Buffet Tables however
are excluded from our scope & shall be arranged by Client from a local Tent house.

• Dining Hall Decoration


- At Dining area Decoration Charges will be Extra.

• Menu:
- For items other than in the package, price will be charged as per the choice of items from
the master menu.
- If live counters are desired, order should be for minimum 200 pax.
- Extra plates beyond 10% of the total order will be charged 100% including for children.
- We will make small adjustments to the menu if certain ingredients are not available due to
reasons that are beyond our control.

• Payment Terms:
- 50% at the time of booking
- Balance 50% to be paid 4 days prior to the event day.
- If the order is cancelled by the client 10% of the total order value will be deducted.
- Transportation upto 5km radius from our office is included, extra @ Rs. 50/km (includes
waiting charges)
- CLIENT will be billed for additional staff hours for any time extension beyond the prior
agreed upon time.

- We do not accept any verbal or written confirmations. It is our policy that we do not
consider the order is confirmed until we receive the booking amount.
