Nature of Interest in Land Objection to Registration of Title.

The Objector is HEREBY aggrieved by the information contained in the Kenya gazatte Notice No.6144
and dated at Nairobi on the 20th May,2022 on the
following grounds:

1. That the Objector is one of the daughters to the Margaret Waithera Njonjo(Deceased) who was the
registered proprietor of the piece of land containing 0.0931 hectare known as
Dagoretti/Riruta/S.563 situated in Nairobi.

2. That the High Court of Kenya in Nairobi Succession Cause No. 1957 of 2014, issued grant of letters
of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of Alice Wairimu Kariuki and
Eunice Njeri Kariuki respectively under Gazette Notice No. 6144.

3. That the Objector and other involved members were never informed of the said Succession process
taking place and registration of the Title.

4. That the Title should not be registered in the name of the two joint administrators (Alice Wairimu
Kariuki and Eunice Njeri Kariuki respectively) duly because it will be inauspicious and
inappropriate to the Objector.

5. That the objector and other beneficiaries stand to be advertently affected and grieved if this process
will not be ceased.
 6. That in tandem with justice the issuance of grant of letters of administration and registration of
Title should be withheld till the Objector and all parties are involved.

7. That unless all this will be upheld the objector and the rest stand to suffer irreparable injustice and
unfairness that cannot be compensated by award of misfit.
