IV. Reflection:
Day 1 to Day 5
My reflection in this week is that God has put us
here on Earth for a reason. God has spent a lot of
time trying to cultivate us into what we are now.
Each being that is born in the world is not an
accident. They are born to have a purpose, even if
it means that they will find it later in life. Similarly,
having a purpose in life while trusting God’s plan is
also the key to a good life.
We are also driven by something. Whether it be
spite, guilt, anger, revenge, we need to sort it out
and find a happy outlet to live. The way we see our
lives shapes our lives. So it’s up to us to live by our
own meaning and create an impact in the world.
Day 6 to Day 10
In the beginning, people say that life on earth is
just an assignment. We are brought here to do
something for someone, for instance, whether it be
being the next tycoon or as little as helping the old
woman cross the street. Living as we are now, we
may show that all the glory is for God. We do it all
for him.
Similarly, in order to show glory to Him, we do
worship. But worship does not need to come out of
spite. We need to have it in our hearts. God also
feels a kind of joy when we feel grateful in His
presence.
