JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SOURCING AND NEGOTIATION: Conducted sourcing activities and negotiated contracts for
industrial machinery, utility machinery, and spare parts. Collaborated with suppliers to secure
favorable pricing and terms while ensuring high-quality standards were met.
AUTOMATION & PRODUCTIOVITY IMPROVEMENT: Implemented automation solutions to
optimize materials handling processes and reduce associated costs. Identified opportunities for
automation, conducted feasibility studies, and led the implementation of automation projects,
resulting in significant cost savings.
PROJECT SETUP: Led the setup and commissioning of various projects, including a 650-ton/day
flour mill, 20-ton/hour poultry feed mill, 8-ton/hour aqua feed mill, 5-ton/hour full-fat soya
extruder mill, 12.5MW 33KVA/11KVA/0.415KVA substation, 350 kg recycle machine, 4-ton/hour
steam boiler, and 7.2m3/min screw compressor. Oversaw project planning, resource allocation,
and coordination to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline.
SPARE PARTS COST REDUCTION: Implemented strategic measures to reduce spare parts import
costs. Analyzed inventory requirements, identified cost-saving opportunities, and established
efficient procurement processes. As a result, achieved a 20% reduction in spare parts import costs
over the last two years.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
SUCCESSFUL PROJECT IMPLEMENTATIONS: Led the successful setup and commissioning of
multiple projects, including the 650-ton/day flour mill, 20-ton/hour poultry feed mill, 8-ton/hour
aqua feed mill, 5-ton/hour full-fat soya extruder mill, 12.5MW 33KVA/11KVA/0.415KVA
