Executive Summary The delivery of learning to the learners is somewhat different from the
past considering that there is no face-to-face learning. It is very
challenging on the part of the teachers to help the learners in understanding
their lessons. Video Lesson can be a helpful tool in assisting the
learners in doing their activities in their modules for this serves as their
guide.

In response to the present pandemic situation, the Department of Education

has promulgated issuances on flexible learning and materials under DO 18,
s. 2020 otherwise known as the Policy Guidelines for the Provision of
Learning Resources in the Implementation of BE-LCP to ensure that
learning opportunities are provided to our learners in a safe manner,
through different learning delivery.

Terminal Objectives:
Program Objectives To be equipped with knowledge in creating video lessons that will serve
as learning toolkits for learners where procedures, instructions and other
important details are provided to aid the learning process.

Specific Objective:

 Find new ways to meet students’ needs.

 Adapt intervention programs and tactics for pupils who are

having difficulty with the aid of created video lessons.
