I am Antonio P. Verdida Jr. 39 years old, residing at Liong, Cataingan, Masbate. I am a graduate
of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED). I earned my degree at Cataingan, Municipal
College, last October 17, 2003.

Recently, I am a Local School Board Teacher, funded by the Provincial Government assigned at
F. Yray Elementary School Sta. Cruz, Placer, Masbate in Placer West District from June 2004 to
April 2009.

It is my pleasure to apply in your firm and if I will be given a chance to know the full value of
service. I am please and interested to impart my knowledge that I had gained in order to enhance
the pupil’s efficiency and capability. I believe that I can give my whole hearted performance of
educational needs of the pupils to the best that I can promise to extend.
