What is the Rule:

Application form for SSC/CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE Board Candidate: -

1. Sample State Board SSC Mark sheet for Student appeared examination
in 2009 onwards

In the above Mark sheet six subjects are shown but Best of 5 aggregate Marks
are calculated by board as £ Percentage, this marks to be considered as
Aggregate Marks i.e. 413 out of 500 i.e. 82.60%

2. Sample State Board SSC Mark sheet for Student appeared examination
before 2009.

In the above Mark sheet six subjects are shown but Best of 5 aggregate Marks
are not calculated by board as £ Percentage, so in this case sum of maximum
marks obtained in any 5 subjects to be considered as Aggregate Marks.
So Candidate can prepare the table of all Subjects in a sequence of Maximum
Marks obtained to calculate the Best of 5 marks as given below.

1. Individual Subject Marks are given but not aggregate marks.
2. Candidate shall to prepare the conversion certificate of above attached
mark sheet as per the below given table.

3) Percentage calculation on the basis of CGPA = 9.5 X 8.8 = 83.6%

Important Note: - Subject mentioned above may vary from candidate to


candidate as per their subjects selected for SSC Examination. Candidate

calculate the Aggregate percentage.
Aggregate Percentage obtained = 734 X 100/900 = 81.55 %

Percentage Obtained in SSC Examination = 81.55 %
