Dear Sir/Madam
Please find attached your Asset Protection Permit issued for the above project at the
property address: 14 Shinners Avenue NARRE WARREN VIC 3805.
As the Asset Protection Permit holder it is important that you carefully read and comply with
all conditions associated with this Asset Protection Permit for the duration of the works. The
terms and conditions can be found on the back of the permit included with this letter. These
are to be considered alongside Council’s Asset Protection Local Law 2016 (available on
Council’s website at www.casey.vic.gov.au).
Within 7 days of completion of the works, the permit holder is required to submit a ‘Request
for Final Inspection of Council assets’ to Council for processing. A final inspection for the
permit will then be carried out by an Authorised Officer to determine if any damage has
occurred as a result of the works. For further information or to complete and submit a
‘Request for Final Inspection of Council assets’, please visit Council’s website.
Where infrastructure assets are damaged as a result of the works associated with this
permit, these assets must be reinstated or repaired as directed by Council. All repair works
must be completed to Council standards and specifications.
For damage associated with drainage pits, road pavement, signs and street trees; these
assets will be repaired by Council and the costs will be deducted from the security deposit or
invoiced to the permit holder.
Further advice will be provided in the event damage is identified following the works.
Should you require any further information regarding this matter, please contact Council’s
Asset Protection Team on (03) 9705 5200.
Yours faithfully
Michael Nicoloudis
Asset Protection Officer
