I hope everyone’s well rested from the break. Holidays have just ended and school has
started with full force again. I for one, haven’t been the most productive this week.
Everything started off manageable, only for it to come crashing down. That’s when I
started thinking about why? Why haven’t I been productive, what is it that’s killing my
productivity.
Even things that we think will make us more productive actually have and adverse
effect. Like multitasking, its impossible for our brain to multitask. What we think of
multitasking is just our brain switching between tasks that leads to us wasting time and
getting a mediocre result. Not getting enough sleep and not taking breaks are other
examples
