seksuwalidad?
Ang seksuwalidad ay isang behikulo tungo sa lubusang
pagkilala at pag unawa sa sarili o true self.

Ito din ay ang pag-unawang panlipunan na nagbibigay

pagkilala sa kaibahan ng lalaki at babae, batay sa
bayolohikal na kasarian.

Kasama rin dito ang tungkulin ng indibidwal ayon sa

pamantayan ng lipunan at kultura.
 ang indibidwal ay may karaniwang
kamalayan sa kanilang oryentasyong
sekswal sa pagitan ng gitnang pagkabata
at maagang pagbibinata o pagdadalaga.

Ang seksuwalidad ay nagkakaroon ng manipestasyon
sa ating pagkatao habang nagdadalaga o nagbibinata
Halimbawa, ipinagmamalaki nila ang kanilang kasarian
at hindi ito ikinakahiya, nagagampanan nila ang
kanilang tungkulin nang may pagmamahal at
iginagalang ang kasarian ng iba.
