Chart instructions 
 
This chart shows how frequent a particular realization time occurs. On the X-axis is the Realization Time and on the Y-axis, the frequency (or count) that 
Realization Time has occurred.  
 
Each time an item is finished, the count for it’s Realization Time increases by 1. Over time, the chart becomes a bar chart. 
 
 
 
 
In this example, a Realization Time of 4 days has occurred twice, and a Realization Time 
of 7 days has occurred once. There has only been 1 Emergency and it took 2 days.
