At Mango Bay - Our food waste goes to the pig farmers who provide us with an appropriate
garbage bin and collect in regular intervals.

The company has  BHTA on board and they will engage its members on this initiative.

A walk through was not done as yet with this company.

I have spoken to the General Manager Mr. Don Morris. We will arrange a walk through of which I can
give a more thorough update.

D.E trucking is $100 per day – Mango; Leroy; have their own containers

Simpson trucking is $140/$100 – fluctuates per collection, per bin: every 2 days

Scrap Man: Cost & Scope – The GM will meet to do a site visit/ walk through; no skips at the moment;
covered containers roll and lock; 1100 L container (approximately 4 which is the same volume of 6 yard
skips)

 SOPs – All entities must be reading and training from the same bible. Critical ones completed
