Sub: - Establishment - Water Resources Department – Meeting to review the
status of resolving issues/demands of Service Associations – Convening the
Meeting by the Secretaries of Administrative Departments – Regarding.

In view of the instructions issued by the Chief Secretary to Government, the

Principal Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department desired to conduct

meeting with all Service Associations of Water Resources Department on 30.06.2023 @

4:00 PM to discuss the grievances of the employees.

Hence, it is proposed to conduct a Preliminary Meeting with all Service

Associations of Water Resources Department by the Engineer-in-Chief (Admn) in the

chambers of ENC on 26.06.2023 (Monday) @ 3:00 PM. Hence, all the service
Associations of WRD are requested to attend the said meeting along with their grievances

in writing without fail.

Further, the Service Associations of WRD are also requested to attend the

meeting going to be conducted by the Principal Secretary to Government, Water

Resources Department on 30.06.2023 (Friday) @ 4:00 PM in the chambers of Principal

Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, AP Secretariat, Velagapludi and

it is to inform that, only two members from the each Association will be allowed.
