Welcome to our Flag Raising Ceremony.

prayer to be led by JO1 Angela B Biglaen.

Let me have the priveledge to introduce to you our speaker

this morning. A mother, a nurse and a dedicated Jail Officer.
Married to Senior Jail Officer II Pacifico Kipte. She entered the Jail
Bureau on May 16, 1997. She was then transferred here at
Region V last December 01, 2004 to present. Currently the
Officer-In-Charge Camarines Sur BJMP Provincial Office.
