GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) A copy of the auto generated submitted application form, complete in all respects,
accompanied with the following documents, should be submitted in the office of the
College Development Council up to 26th July 2021. (4.00 p.m)
(i) Matriculation Marks Certificate/ Qualification Certificate;
(ii) Marks Card of class 12th Class (Higher Secondary Part II)
(iii) Category certificate (if any) Issued by the Competent Authority;
(iv) School last attended.
2) A desirous candidate can apply for more than one Programme.
3) While filling the application form/s, the candidates are required to indicate the choice
of the College/institution (Serial Wise) where they want to undergo the Programme.
4) The selectees failing to join the allotted college/s by or before the last fixed date shall
forfeit the right to admission, and the resultant vacancies shall be filled on the basis of
merit counseling.
5) The date for counseling (if done) against available seats shall be notified separately.
The Counseling shall entitle the candidate to reselect the College of his/ her choice.
The University shall try to allot the candidate in the College of his choice.
However, he/she cannot claim admission in a particular college as a matter of right.
The admission so made shall be notified in the press or through University official
website for which the candidates should retain the record of their form No. by all
means.
The admission shall be made in the concerned Colleges strictly as per their
approved intake capacity.

The fee structure reflected in the Prospectus shall be subject to revision from time
to time. Any notification to this effect shall be issued by the university.
No candidate should approach directly to any private college for admission purpose
except Dean College Development Council office.

Candidates having passed class 10+2 (Higher Secondary part II) examination in any
stream or possessing certification of NSQF level 04 in Electronic Manufacturing
Services.
Candidates having passed class 10+2 (Higher Secondary part II) examination in any
stream or possessing certification of NSQF level 04 in Sofware Development.
Candidates having passed class 10+2 (Higher Secondary part II) examination in any
stream or possessing certification of NSQF level 04 in Accounting & Taxation.
Candidates having passed class 10+2 (Higher Secondary part II) examination in any
stream or possessing certification of NSQF level 04 in Banking, Finance &
Insurance.

Admission Procedure:
I. The Admission for B.Voc Programme(s) shall be done centrally for all the institutions on the
basis of Entrance Test comprising Reasoning Ability, General Aptitude and Mathematics,
English and Science, of Metric standard-comprising of 60 MCQs with one mark each, to be
conducted by the (Dean College Development Council) / Competent Authority.
II. Where two or more candidates have secured equal marks in entrance test, the tie shall be
resolved on the basis of higher marks in qualifying examination.
III. Where total number of applicants is less than the intake capacity, the admissions will be made
on the basis merit secured at qualifying level.
IV. The intake capacity for each B.Voc programme shall be determined by the affiliating
authority.
V. There shall be no age bar for admission in these courses.
VI. A candidate selected for this programme cannot pursue any other full time under graduate
course simultaneously in this or any other University/ Institutions.

i. Admission fee shall be decided as per prevalent mechanism for fee fixation for aided
programme(s) in the University or by the Fee Fixation Committee approved by the
Vice Chancellor / Government.
ii. No application form for admission to the programme(s) shall be entertained unless it is
accompanied by the fee prescribed for the purpose.

Mode of selection
The selection of the candidates for admission to the above programme(s) shall be on the basis of
their marks obtained in the qualifying Entrance Test. In case of two or more candidates have same
marks in the aforesaid examination, their merit shall be decided by their individual marks in the
Higher Secondary examination. While finalizing the admission list, the competent Authority shall
take into consideration the following:
