Terms & Condi ons for Job Opportunity at shree Surbhi panchgavy
prakar k hospital situated at Nandgaon Kesua near Mount abu rajasthan.

Payment terms: -
1. Salary range per month Rs 50 to 80 thousand INR --based on
experience and performance.
2. Periodic increment will be given on comple on of every year.
3. You will be provided Boarding and Lodging. {Fully furnished family
accommoda on with lodging}.
4. 10% of Salary will be kept as security deposit and will be released a er
comple on of 3 months.
Other terms: -
1. We will provide you leave travel allowance to and fro from source to your
village, once in a year in Second Class AC Train or Economy Class Flight.
2. Vehicle will be provided by the hospital.
3. A commitment / promise of 3 years will be required from your side.
4. You will be provided with only Veg food in the premises of Hospital.
5. Du es and responsibili es of the selected doctor: -
Pre-consulta on & a er consulta on procedure has to be completed
i) Registra on of the pa ent
ii) Ini al assessment of the pa ent
iii) Explaining consent and taking signature of the pa ent
iv) Assis ng doctor in the consulta on
v) Entering all the data of the pa ent into the so ware
vi) Explaining medica on to the pa ent
vii) Prepara on of medical form and case sheet
viii) Taking vitals of the pa ent.

Other POINTS for poten al job applicants.
1. We are selec ng ten candidates for one post, preferred age 30 yrs. plus

kerala, has to train in the protocol of senior doctors who will guide the
team.
7. the doctor selected will have to learn regularly on a monthly basis from
Sitaram ayurveda webinar on Sundays and report to few of our esteemed
senior Vaidya on how much you are making extra knowledge
acquisi on.basically online CME.
8. Minimum 3 months in ma on be given to us if you wish to discon nue, or
else contract breach means our legal team will involve with you
9. the selec on day/ days will be informed in advance.
10. There will be wri en test, interview by senior doctors of ayurveda who
have over 25 yrs. experience in ayurveda clinics
