Culinary club

Breakfast
DISHES;
● Seed Balls
● Smoothie
● Detox water

1. Seed balls -
Ingredients :
● Flax seeds (3 tbs)
● Pumpkin seeds (3 tbs)
● Melon seeds (2tbs)
● Sunflower seeds (2tbs)
● Chia seed(2 and half tbs)
● Almond (10 pieces)
● Jaggery (one bowl)
Method:
1. Firstly, roast all the seeds together.
2. Cut the almonds in small chunks and add to the mixture.
3. Boil the jaggery in water till the consistency is like syrup.
4. Let the jaggery cool down.
5. Then roll the jaggery with the mixture and your seed balls are
ready.
2.Smoothie
Ingredients :
● Curd (half a cup)
● Banana(2pieces)
● Oats (one-fourth a cup)
● Honey(1and half tsp)
Method :
1. Mash the banana and the oats.
2. Then add the curd and add honey.
3. Mix it with a hand whisk.
4. Your smoothie is ready.

3.Seed balls
Ingredients ;
● cucumber(1whole)
● Lemon(1 and half )
● Mint leaves(7-9)
Method-
1. Take water and add slices of cucumber,lemon,and mint
leaves.
2. Leave it overnight to enhance the flavour.
3. Add ice cubes when served.
4. Your detox water is ready.

● Whole wheat kulcha (2 pieces )


● potatoes(2 normal sized )
● Tomato (1piece)
● Onions (1 small)
● Mint chutney (2tbs)
Lunch
Dishes :
● Protein kulcha
● Fruit salad

1. Protein kulcha
Ingredients ;
● Imli chutney(2tbs)
● Kidney beans (half cup)
● Rongi (half cup)
● Sprouts (one cup)
● Aloo bhujia (1 small pack)
● Seasonings
Method ;
1. Firstly we need to finely cut onions and tomatoes.
2. Then mash potatoes,sprouts,kidney beans,rongi which have to be
boiled first.

3. Then mix all the batter .


4. Cut the kulcha into half and from inside to fill.
5. In the kulcha apply the chutneys and the the batter.
6. Then for flavouring add aloo bhujia when served.
7. Your protein kulcha is ready.

2.Fruit salad
Ingredients ;
● Apple(1)
● Pear(1)
● Banana(2)
● Watermelon(1)
● Pomegranate (1)
● Lemon juice(2 tbs)
● Black salt(1tsp)
Method ;
1. Cut the fruits in unique way.
2. Present in a innovative manner.
3. Your fruit salad is ready .

Snack
Dishes

Ingredients ;
● Paneer(1)
● Soybean pappad(2)
● Tomato(1)
● Capsicum(1)
● Onion(1)

Method ;
1. Cut the vegetable precisely .
2. Take one pappad and stack paneer on it the add
mixture and then stack the other pappad.
3. You snack is ready.

Ingredients ;
● onion(1)
● Tomato (1)
● Cucumber (1)
● Yellow, red ,green bell pepper(1 each )
● Corns (half a cup)
● Paneer (half a brick)
● Khati mithi imli chutney
● Black salt
● Chaat masala
● Blak pepper
● Lemon
Method ;
1. Cut all the veggies precisely .
2. Mix the veggies with the seasoning given above according
to your taste.
3. You salad is ready to serve.
