To ensure safety and comfort of all hotel guests during
their stay, we provide you with more information for more pleasant stay:

1. Each customer is required to have an identity card or passport which will be handed over at
the reception desk. Hotel reserves the right of keeping documents until the guest leaves the hotel.
2. guest is required to pay the costs of accommodation and meals while cheking in Kalamper
Hotel & SPA.
3. Residence tax and insurance are not included in the price.
4. Kalamper Hotel & SPA charges additionally from customer use of all telecommunications
equipment and resources.
5. Hotel is available for washing, ironing and dry cleaning services to the current price list,
which is located in each room.
6. Guests have available to us+e the beach and beach equipment (2 deck chairs + 1
parasol, for each room). Also, guests can use the spa facilities.

8. In your mini-bar there is a great selection of items. Please when leaving the hotel report
consumption from the minibar in the reception.
9. Conference room disposes with 80 seats. For the purposes of reservation and use please
contact the reception.
10. Guests are obligated to compensate for damage caused or made.
11. On the day of your departure please leave the room until 12:00. Staying in the room after
12:00 pm causes payment of one extra day.
12. If a guest who had booked accommodation confirmed by the Department of sales and
marketing or hotel Kalamper, goes before the time is obliged to pay 100% of the
reserved room.

rational use of water and electricity.
23. Air conditioning is switched off when you open the front or balcony door in your room.

25. If you have a malfunction or complaint to service please immediately report to the reception.
26. In the case of activation of a fire alarm, please follow the instructions of the evacuation plan
that is located at the door of each room.
27. It is not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, flammable materials and other chemicals
harmful to the environment.
28th Open fire, smoking, burning candles is not allowed in the rooms, hallways, elevator or the
stairs.
29. Guests have the opportunity to put the markation "Do Not Disturb". The rule of the hotel is
that this mark can stand for a maximum 24 hours, after which hotel reserves the right to enter the
room and check the general condition for security reasons and guest safety.
30. For your money, valuables and other precious things at your disposal is a in-room safe.
Instructions on use are the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility to the case of
theft or loss. Please before leaving the hotel make sure you empty the safe and took the
documents and all valuables with you.

in the hotel and is not allowed to take it from the hotel.
36. Please be careful handling key card. In case it gets damaged or lost during the time of your
stay you are required to pay a fee at the reception.
37. When leaving the hotel do not forget to hand over the key card at the front desk.
38. For your comfort, we enable parking in front of the hotel. In case the guest decides for the
parking, the hotel is not responsible for the the safety of the vehicle.
39. For an easier and faster orientation in the hotel offer, there is a possibility of transport from
the hotel to the airport, available 24 hours by the current price list prominent at the hotel
reception.
40. We reserve the right to terminate the contract and stop providing services if guests rudely
violate provisions of the house rules and if their behavior makes damage or disturb other guests
at the hotel. In case of cancellation of accommodation in our hotel caused by the violations of
house rules, the guest will be charges the full amount for the reserved period, regardless of the
shorter stay.

41. Please, share with us the impressions of your stay. You can fill out the questionnaire and
leave it hotel in a room or fill in at the front desk while you wait for your receipt.

42. At the beginning of your stay we implie that the customer is familiar with the house rules of
the hotel.
