ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the following person who

made my internship training possible:

First of all, I would like to thank my parents, Mr. Roberto M. Carriedo and Chona

A. Carriedo for their support in accomplishing my dream in life. I promised myself not to

fail their expectations no matter what happens. I know that people wished they have a lot

of money, gadgets, and expensive cars to say that they have the most lavish lifestyle. But

for me, I don’t need those kinds of luxuries because I know deep in my heart that I am the

luckiest person in the world to have an understanding and supportive parents.

I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to the office Human Resource

Management Department official staff specially Ms. Brenda G. Deloritos, Mr. Angelo

Cipriano V. Marcelo, Mr. Mark C. Palomera and Mr. Aris C. Dela Cruz for their

guidance and constant supervision as well as providing necessary information, and also

for their support in completing the project.

Above all, I am so grateful to God for giving me the strength, wisdom and

knowledge to accomplish my OJT efficiently. I am more determined now because of him.

I thank Him for his words that keep me going, and reminding me not to lose hope

especially in times of distress. It goes like this:

“We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for

those who are called according to his purpose.” ROMANS 8:28-9.
