Re: CEASE AND DESIST: Harassment

Dear Talia Feldman, Niveditha Gopalakrishnan, Eunnindy Sanon:

This letter serves as notice to immediately cease and desist the pattern of harassment directed towards me. The behavior I am referring
to began April 4, 2022 and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Talia Feldman, Niveditha Gopalakrishnan, and Eunnindy Sanon's
persistent sexually, verbally, and psychologically abusive actions, including but not limited to sexual assault and attempted rape, have
become unbearable. I request Dr. Chitnis, our supervisor, to ensure that they are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they
violate the law. I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute criminal harassment, stalking, indecent assault,
larceny, and other criminal behavior. I will pursue any legal remedies against you if these activities continue. These remedies include
but are not limited to: contacting law enforcement to obtain criminal sanctions against them and suing them civilly for damages I have
incurred as a result of their actions. Niveditha declared to me today that they retain legal counsel, who is illegally advising them on their
methods of harassing me to make another round of false allegations to defame me and extort me for financial and other gains. This is
criminal behavior.

You are violating my legal right to remain free from harassment. These activities are unwelcome, unwanted and have become
unbearable.
I have suffered extreme emotional distress and have developed complex psychological trauma and PTSD symptoms. I have been unable
to apply to medical schools due to the threat of false reports to medical schools I am applying to, saying that I am "not Indian-American,
but a Palestinian terrorist" or a "member of Hamas."

Please send written assurance within 14 days after receiving this letter that you will cease harassment. If you do not stop this behavior,
a lawsuit will be commenced against you in the proper jurisdiction seeking all available monetary damages and any other available
legal remedies.

Sincerely,
.
