Discipline is a habit that we create as people based on the commitment, behavior, personality and self-

control of each one. All this in order to define and achieve our objectives and goals. In other words, it is
the process of studying, learning and determining a system of norms in our day to day to have a good
and healthy life.

Influence of discipline in life:

Maintaining a disciplined rhythm allows us to focus on the process of how to achieve our school, work
and personal goals and thus not fall into bad habits such as being distracted by bad temptations. In this
way, discipline leads us to success and satisfaction in meeting our objectives and goals, since it is a
healthy way to improve as a person. In addition, applying discipline in our life makes our health improve
and stay healthy.

Examples of discipline in life:

There are many types of discipline, such as school discipline, this leads a student to get good grades and
graduate or also to enter a good university and obtain a university degree. Another example is personal
discipline or self-discipline, this is the means in which a person keeps moving forward emotionally or
physically in order to have self-control, self-confidence and do good things for themselves. Also, it’s
called discipline to eat healthy and exercise, getting up early, being independent among many more
qualities that maintain us and guide us towards our goals.

In conclusion, discipline not only leads us to achieve our objectives and goals, but also to improve our
quality of life and enjoy it productively. In addition, it helps us to progress as people and to see life from
another perspective. As long as we maintain a disciplined rhythm of life, we will be able to continue on
our way without getting distracted or falling into bad habits. If this happens, you can start again, there is
no problem because everyone has a different rhythm. Such is discipline.
