INTRODUCTION
(How can Conduct Oneself inside the company?)

It is important how will you conduct yourself inside where you work because it
serve what attitude you have. On my immersion period or on the job training in Mayor’s
Office (MO) I learned a lot on how will I conduct myself because you are dealing with
different visitors and the primary concerned is the enjoyment and the expressions of the
visitors. The first I learned is that you should be good with co-employees or in the
people around you, you should always greet them goodmorning, goodafternoon
everytime and respect them. Next, be aware of your schedule and time, you must be on
time, always go to work before 15 minutes. Then behave properly in the worksite, ypu
cannot do what you all want. Lastly, enjoy your job and have a good work.

Proper dressing. Wether you have to dress up for work or you can wear more
casual clothes, your appearance should be neat and clean. Be a good friend to people
around you. Be a positive to encourge others. Always starts your day with a positive
vibe at all. It is very important that you should stay humble and always be in your
presence of mind to do your assigned tasks meaningfully and successfully.

In short, attitude is like a magnet. Possesing good attitude attracts all positives in
your life and bad attitude attracts all negative in your life.

REFLECTION ON MY WORK IMMERSION

Having the immersion which is required for the grade 12 students was really a
good start to experience how does it feel to be in a work place. Work immersion is
important to all of us who are in senior stage in order to prepare ourselves in any
challenge or tasks in the real world.
As a grade 12 student, I was given a chance to undergo work immersion for a
duration of two weeks. I was assigned to the Mayor’s Office (MO). In our work
immersion, I was able to experience day-to-day papers in the different departments that
need to be signed by our Mayor Lemuel. During on my OJT, I was learned a lot of things
that helped me understand and appreciate the work of our Mayor and his employee’s.
I can say that over all my work immersion is a great, I learned a lot while I’m
exploring and learning. Work immersion made me realized of all things that I lack of and
change me to become a better one. During our work immersion I learned a lot of things
that I can use in the near future.
In my last day I realized that work immersion has a big help to senior high
student like me. Work immersion improve my skills that may use in a daily life as a
person.
