Analysis And Selection Of Stocks For Intraday Trading

- The objective of the project was to understand the different parameters of short-term trading and to predict.
- a basket of stocks that will maximize profits on a given day.
- The important parameter that we explore was the seasonality of a particular stock and the result of the seasonality
on the given day.
- Used matplotlib for plotting and Scikit- learn library model building.
- It showed an Accuracy of 96.85%.

Credit Card Approval Prediction

- The project aims to use logistic regression as the model and uses Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm to
- optimize the weights.
- The approach involves collecting and analyzing data - personal information and data submitted by credit card
applicants to predict the probability of future defaults and credit card borrowings.
- Used Python and Scikit- learn library model building.
- Best result was shown in Random Forest with an accuracy score of 89.94 % followed by AdaBoost and other
models.

Social Media Data Analysis on COVID19 using Hadoop.

- This project aims to use the Hadoop framework to analyze unstructured data that we obtain from Twitter.
and perform sentiment and trend analysis using Hive on MapReduce and Spark on keyword “COVID19”.
