LIVELIHOOD CASH ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME

RATIONALE:

The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Magsaysay, City of San Pedro, Laguna provides
Livelihood Cash Assistance to the entrepreneurs in the Barangay Magsaysay, City of San
Pedro, Laguna. This is in line with the mission of bringing Barangay Magsaysay Entrepreneur to
the status of Increase the profitability and promote entrepreneurship among the populace
especially within the barangay targeting the small enterprise and ambulant vendor constituent of
Barangay Magsaysay. In advocacy of Honorable Punong Barangay to further reach out and
serve the constituents of Barangay Magsaysay, City of San Pedro, Laguna.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To uplift the socio-economic status of the people of Barangay Magsaysay, City of San
Pedro, Laguna by providing grant on Livelihood Cash Assistance as additional capital
for their business.
2. To create livelihood opportunities accessible to the constituents.
3. To strengthen existing and potential entrepreneurs by providing them livelihood
development programs and services.
4. To promote livelihood opportunities that can be readily entered into by those from the
low and marginalized sectors.

METHODOLOGY:
1. ________________________ will prepare the list of materials, modules and estimated
cost of the programme
2. ________________________ is responsible for the monitoring and development of the
livelihood projects which adopted by the constituents who avail the Program on
Livelihood Cash Assistance Grants.
3. There will be an orientation on entrepreneurial development of the beneficiary.

COVERAGE:
 The provisions of this Livelihood Cash Assistance Grant Programme covers group/individual
requestors of the Local Government of Brgy, Magsaysay.
