Dear Sir,

We revised our previous quotation based on our experience on supplied spare parts and maintained
BOG 201 and 301 (total 6 units) for the last one year. Please find our Budgetary Price quotation as
follows:

2. Delivery conditions
1) Target of Reliability and Availability of each unit is 95%, and overall is 100% with the
operation mode 2 Unit Run – 1 unit Standby
2) The delivery period of all item is 10 -13 Weeks, except Lube Oil and Filter that available
in stock
3) Scaffolding and Heavy equipment supply is not include in the scope of contractor
4) Any Compressor trouble before the next 4000 Hrs is contractor responsibility to fix
5) Contractor maintenance program is include PM and PDM and to be approved by Pertamina
MOR prior to execution
6) Monthly or 2000 Hrs Inspection to be performed by O&M assistance crew supervised by Sr.
mechanic from MTC team

3. Terms of Payment

1) No Down payment, to be invoiced upon completion of each activities or delivery and monthly
for daily O&M Services
2) Mob-demob to be completed in two weeks
3) Materials to be deliver to Pertamina Warehouse Tj. Sekong
4) Payment method shall be settled at a later stage through discussions between both parties.
4. Taxes and Duties
Any and all taxes and duties imposed outside of the countries of the manufacturer and its sub-
contractors are not included in these proposed prices.

5. Validity
The price and terms and conditions specified in this proposal will be kept valid for Thirty (30) days
from the date of this proposal.

6. Defect Liability Period


As per the result of Commercial clarification.

7. Others
Any and all other terms and conditions should be settled at a later stage through discussions
between both parties.
